Notification channels
Route alerts to the tools your team already lives in.
Supported channels
Configure channels under Settings → Alerting, each with an in-form setup guide and a Send-test button:
- Chat: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Chat
- Email: SMTP, SendGrid, Amazon SES
- On-call: PagerDuty, Opsgenie (severity maps to incident priority)
- Generic: signed webhooks
Defaults & routing
Set one organization-default channel; backup policies and alert rules can override it per rule. Channel credentials are encrypted at rest with the same vault as database credentials.
